The Under 8's were away to St Joseph's RFC and Dinas Powys at Heath Park and the Under 10s played Llandaff RFC at Llandaff Fields.The first game for the Under 8s was against a young Dinas Powys side. This was played in an excellent spirit with good skills shown by both teams. Scorers for the Old Pens included Steffan Crimp, Georgia Morgan, Jacques Dolcier, and Jac Powell. The second game against St Joseph's U8's was a tussle between two evenly matched teams. Both teams showed that they had the ability to give and take passes and run into space, something more senior players and coaches should take note of including Warren Gatland. Tries were scored by Steffan Crimp and Jac Powell. The game was enjoyed by all the players and parents watching on the touchline. Well done to all the Under 8s, Rhys, Georgia, Mari, Jack S, Elis C, Steffan, Jac P, Elliot and Jacques D.
